Project Environment

There were office spaces, technical rooms, utility corridors, and high occupancy operation areas in the project environment. The construction was partially operational at the time of being executed hence it had to be well planned and implemented in phases.

Project Challenges

Some coordination issues arose in the project especially the inclusion of mechanical ducting, electrical containment, and plumbing networks in small ceiling voids and service shafts. The reduction of space without system clash was very important in order to have a chance of performance and subsequent serviceability.
